Workshop Fundamentals of the additive manufacturing process

On 11 November, the Fundamentals of Additive Manufacturing workshop took place at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
Participants not only received a comprehensive introduction to the possibilities of Additive Manufacturing, but also an in-depth session on 3D printing of different metals.
The workshop offered valuable insights for both beginners and experienced professionals, with practical examples and hands-on experiences that further clarified the future of manufacturing processes and the opportunities AM offers for companies.

This workshop was organised by the Rapid Technology Centre of Universität Duisburg-Essen from the Interreg project Manufacturing nextMaterials (MNM).
